Curiosity about marriage is very common, and you might be curious about your marriage and possible outcome, like how my spouse will look, how my marriage will fare, what career my spouse will be having, and the list goes on and on.

Marriage is the most important event in our lives, and much of our happiness or unhappiness stems from it. In Vedic astrology texts, special focus is given to this area of human life.

If you want to learn and predict events related to marriage, then you are in the right place. I have tried my best to cover all aspects of marriage and tried to make it as simple as I can.

In this article, I have mentioned various rules and aspects that help in making marriage-related predictions.

Let's dive into it.

Marriage Predictions Start From the Karakas

Most people jump right into analyzing the 7th house and Navamsha.

That is a wrong approach!!

Just like any other area of life, here we need to see the condition of the "karakas" of marriage. For males, the karaka of marriage is Venus, and for females, it is Jupiter.

You need to see how they are placed in the horoscope. Their strong and unafflicted position in the horoscope gives the following indications about married life:

1. Timely marriage.
2. Marriage to a partner of their own choice.
3. Good treatment by spouse.
4. Good longevity of spouse.

The importance of the karaka of marriage is so much that their benefic position can really help to counter the negativity surrounding marriage.

The karaka in marriage basically indicates how your spouse will be towards you.

A woman with an exalted Jupiter will always be treated well by her husband.

A man with an exalted Venus will get a wife who will be supportive towards him.

So, paying attention to the karaka is the first thing before making any predictions about marriage.

In the following conditions, the karaka of marriage is considered good and supportive for a good married life:

1. Their exalted position, i.e., Jupiter in Cancer and Venus in Pisces.
2. Their position in own sign, i.e., Jupiter in Pisces or Sagittarius and Venus in Taurus or Libra.
3. Karakas under the influence of natural benefic planets such as Moon, Mercury, Venus, or Jupiter.
4. Karakas in trine or kendra houses.
5. Karakas not in planetary relationship with the 6th, 8th, or 12th house lord.

Now, let's see examples where the good placement of the karaka of marriage helped the native sustain their marriage.

The first example belongs to a woman who has Jupiter in the 5th house under the aspect of an exalted Venus, who is the lord of the first house.

Example Horoscope No.1

Due to this placement of Jupiter, she gets good treatment from her spouse.

In bad times, which come due to her bad Moon and 7th house, their marriage is saved due to the benefic placement of Jupiter in her horoscope.

The other example belongs to a male whose Venus is well placed in his own sign.

He has a spouse of a very soft and feminine nature, and she is always standing like a rock to support him.

This has kept their marriage in good shape, despite him having Saturn and Moon in the 8th house.

As you can see from the examples, despite having a bad position of the 7th house and its lord, natives were able to resolve their marital issues through communication and seeking help.

Now, there is an interesting concept of "karaka bhavonasho," which applies to Venus and Jupiter strongly.

For men and women, Venus and Jupiter in the 7th house cause issues in marriage. It is seen that when the karaka of marriage comes in the 7th house, it can lead to lots of issues in marriage, and even if they are exalted or in their own signs, natives still have to encounter these issues.

If the 7th lord is badly placed or afflicted along with this position, then issues in marriage become very big and may not be resolved.

In my practice in astrology, I have seen this affect more females. If a woman has Jupiter in the 7th house, then she experiences bad treatment from the house and can go through separation also.

Similarly, there are other natural karakas also that have a supportive role in keeping a marriage happy or afloat. I will mention them wherever required.

How To Analyze the 7th House To Know The Various Aspects &  Features Of A Spouse

Now we have arrived at the 7th house, which controls the most important aspects of marriage. No marriage predictions can be made without assessing the 7th house. When we talk about the 7th house, we include the 7th lord in it also.

The 7th house controls whom you will marry and what kind of partner will enter your life. Also, it controls the following in a marriage:

1. Looks of the spouse.
2. Status of the spouse.
3. Nature of the spouse.
4. Personality of the spouse.
5. Communication style of the spouse.

In fact, an analysis of the 7th house can give you every piece of information about your spouse and how your marriage will turn out. The sign rising in the 7th house controls the basic significations of the spouse, and where its lord is placed is equally important.

For example, if Aries is rising in the 7th house, then your spouse will have features and characteristics of the Aries sign.

If Mars is placed there, which is the lord of the Aries sign, it will further strengthen the qualities associated with the sign Aries. In the same situation, the 7th house will become strong, and prospects related to the 7th house will flourish.

Note: 7th lord in its own house is the best placement for marriage and spouse-related matters.

It has the following benefits in a marriage and married life:

• Brings a spouse with good understanding.
• Brings an attractive spouse.
• Education and job of the spouse are usually good.
• Brings a spouse with good finances.
• Gives a good married life where the native and spouse progress together by giving mutual support.

It is a must to know the general outcome when the 7th house lord is placed in different houses.

Ideally, the 7th house lord's placement in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th, and 11th houses is considered good, and it brings a spouse with good physical features and with a good attitude towards the spouse.

Note: Even natural malefic in the 7th house can give good marital experiences when placed in the own or mooltrikone sign. Whereas in the other remaining houses, the 7th house lord indicates a spouse with physical and mental issues and less physical beauty.

The worst placement of the 7th house lord is in the 6th, 8th, and 12th houses.

If you see the 7th house lord placed in these houses, then it brings a spouse who enjoys arguments, narcissistic behaviour, gets sick quite often, and doesn't have a good job or education.

For example, a native with a Scorpio sign in the 7th house and Mars in the 8th house will get a spouse who is non-emotional, unresponsive, cruel, narcissistic, secretive, has poor hygiene, and has poor finances.

All of this results in unpleasant marriage experiences, and if Mars continues to suffer from malefics, a divorce or separation may occur. After this exercise, it is important to see what happens in a marriage when different planets in the 7th house. Any planet sitting in the 7th house will bring its quality to the spouse and married life.

Usually, natural benefics are welcome in the 7th house, whereas natural malefic planets such as Mars, Saturn, Rahu, or Ketu cause issues in marriage.

Profession Of Spouse 

In Vedic astrology, the profession of the spouse can be analyzed using various factors in the birth chart. The 7th house and its lord, the planets placed in the 7th house, the 4th house, and the Navamsa chart (D-9) play an important role in determining what kind of work the spouse will do.

The 7th house lord’s placement in different houses shows the spouse’s career direction. If the 7th lord is in the 10th house, the spouse may have a strong career focus and work in leadership roles. If it is in the 2nd or 11th house, the spouse may be financially well-settled and involved in business, banking, or investments.

7th lord in the 12th house can indicate a spouse working in foreign lands, spirituality, or hospitals.

The 4th house and its lord also influence the spouse’s profession, especially in careers related to real estate, home-based work, education, and public services. If the 4th house is connected to the 7th house or its lord, the spouse may work in fields related to property, interior design, teaching, agriculture, or homeland security.

A strong 4th lord in the 10th house can indicate a spouse who builds a career in government, politics, or public administration. If the 4th lord is in the 7th house, the spouse’s work may involve real estate, hospitality, or home-related businesses.

The planet in the 7th house also gives clues. If Sun is in the 7th house, the spouse may work in government, management, or politics. Moon in the 7th house can indicate a profession related to creativity, hospitality, or healthcare. Mars in the 7th house may give a spouse in the military, engineering, or sports.

Venus in the 7th house can indicate fashion, arts, entertainment, or beauty-related professions. Saturn in the 7th house suggests a disciplined spouse, possibly in administration, law, or technical fields.

Navamsa (D-9) provides further confirmation. If the Navamsa 7th lord is strong, the spouse will have career success and stability. Combinations of Jupiter, Venus, and Mercury often show a highly educated spouse in law, finance, or academics.

By analysing these factors together, a clear picture of the spouse’s profession emerges.

How To Find The Timing Of Marriage

In order to find when marriage is going to happen, focus should be on the following aspects of the Horoscope:

1. 7th house lord.
2. Planets placed in the 7th house.
3. Planets aspecting 7th house.
4. Venus karaka of marriage for male.
5. Jupiter karaka of marriage for females.

For the purpose of this article, we can continue with the points mentioned above.

As mentioned earlier, the 7th house and its lord control the marriage and events in it, and its first and foremost function is to create the event of marriage for us.

Before checking the timing of marriage, we need to judge the horoscope regarding delays in marriage.

If placements for delays in marriage  in the Horoscope then you need to read the Horoscope carefully before making false predictions.

Once you have figured that out you need to see the mahadasha or the antardasha of planets which are connected with the 7th house or its lord.

It could be the dasha of the 7th house lord itself or the dasha of planet connected to the 7th house in any manner.

Same-time transit of Jupiter and Saturn should be given attention to see if they are making any relation with the 7th house or its lord.

It is called the Double transit of Saturn and Jupiter.

Let's see a example horoscope and apply what I have said above.

The following horoscope belongs to a native who got married in year 6-10-2015. 

Example Horoscope No. 3

He was running the sub-period of the planet Mercury in main period of Venus.

Mercury is his 7th house lord and is with karaka of marriage Venus.  There are more ways to predict the timing of marriage and you can use chardasha, yogini dasha, or navamsha 7th lord for it.  But in most cases, sticking to the 7th house or its lord is enough and gives a clear idea.

Influence Of Other Houses In Marriage Predictions

As we discussed above the role of the 7th house and its lord importance in marriage.

The 7th house controls the following aspects of marriage.

• Type of Spouse.
• Timing of marriage.
• Nature of marriage.
• Fate of marriage.

You must have noticed that only 7th house does not cover everything. There are many other aspects of married life which are controlled by other houses.

Analysis must be done further to other houses also because once you are married to someone, other houses also start to contribute in your married life which are as follows:

 Role of 2nd house in a marriage

In astrology, the 2nd house, often referred to as the “house of money and possessions,” plays a significant role in marriage and married life.

The 2nd house is like a cosmic piggy bank, keeping track of our financial situation, material possessions, and how we handle money.

It reveals how we earn, save, and spend our money, which is crucial for financial stability in a marriage. 

It holds all your financial dreams and desires, from your career income to that extra cash you save. The 2nd house serves as a window into your partner’s financial mindset.

It reveals their attitudes towards saving, spending, and investing, which are essential for managing money in a marriage.

And lastly, if the 2nd House from the Lagna is strong and without impediment from Malefic influences, it points to a successful second marriage.

Similarly, when both the 2nd house and its lord in the Navamsa appear to be bolstered and adequately placed, it features as an illustration of a prosperous second marriage.

After the 7th house, it is the 2nd house that should be given attention to.

The 2nd house stands for family, moral values, income, speech, good intake, and is maraka also.  When the second house or its lord are well placed, it gives a stable married life filled with values and traditions.

In the context of marriage, all these significantions are very important.

Also, 2nd house is 8th from the 7th house and plays an important role in the health & longevity of the spouse.

Any planet in 2nd house will aspect the 8th house of in-laws and in any marriage native have to interact with the family of spouse. Ignoring 2nd house while dealing marriage astrology can lead to a wrong interpretation of the married life.

Let's see how placement of various planets in 2nd house affects the marriage.

1. When Sun Is In 2nd house: When planet Sun is placed in the 2nd house, it indicates egoistic nature in spouse which can lead to arguments with spouse. It brings a spouse form a traditional family. Relationship with in laws is generally good but there are times when miscommunication can arise. Under the aspect of natural benefic planets mutual respect  between the native and the family of spouse is seen. Whereas influence of malefic planets can deteriorate it completely. This placement is not considered as good for the health of the spouse. It can lead to health issues related to "Pitta" which are fevers, headache, high blood pressure, heart issues etc.

2. When Moon Is In 2nd House: Moon is a natural benefic planet in astrology and is considered as good in the second house for marriage. It brings a spouse from a wealthy family. High chances are there that spouse family is into a Business. Influence of Venus, Mercury and Moon is very ideal for marriage in a wealthy family. This placement indicates good health and longevity of the spouse. Native speech is usually soft in nature which brings helps to maintain the relationship smooth. Native gains from in laws and enjoys good relationship with them.

3. When Mars Is In Second House: This placement is very bad for marriage and it comes under Manglik Dosha. When Mars is placed in the 2nd house, it makes native very harsh and egoistic. They try to control their spouse and it backfire on them. Under the influence of Saturn, Rahu and Ketu this placement can lead to separation and can bring severe health issues to the spouse and can reduce the longevity of the spouse. 4. When Mercury Is In Second House: Placement of Mercury in 2nd house is a beneficial position for marriage. It indicates progress after marriage and good health of the spouse. Influence of benefic planets increase this possibility and brings a spouse from a business family with good financial status. Native with this placement grows beautifully after marriage and sees good growth in career and finances. After marriage native can make a switch to business also and can get help from in laws wherever needed or required.

5. When Jupiter Is In second House: Another supportive placement to have which brings prosperity and auspicious events in married life. With this placement native is very honest, pious and life with high moral standards. It leads to expansion in family and wealth. Native sees good growth after marriage and income increase year by year. The aspect of Jupiter over the 8th house leads to good and harmonious relationship with in laws. Native and spouse develops understanding which is very deep and divine in influence of benefic planets such as Venus, Mercury and Moon increase the auspicious results. Malefic planets can cause issues but Jupiter placement here can't be defeated to deliver good results.

6. When Venus Is in 2nd house: Venus is a benefic planet and does very well for marriage. It gives the spouse a polite way of talking which is helpful for a successful marriage. It also leads to happiness in relationships within family and with in laws. Native and spouse have amazing chemistry and is a good placement for a full fill sexual life with spouse.This placement can bring luxury in life and combined efforts of spouse and native leads to prosperous family life.

7. When Saturn is in 2nd house: This is not an ideal placement to have and affects the communication style of native which is not supportive for a happy married life. It also affects the health of the spouse and can cause chronic health issues. Native doesn't get along with in-laws and after marriage this placement can trigger downfall in career of spouse. In its debilitated state it can lead to divorce or separation from the spouse.

8. When Rahu is in 2nd house: Rahu is a natural malefic planet which gives speech issues and also indicates vices in native like drinking, smoking to the native. Under the affliction of Mars or Saturn these bad habits can lead to severe health issues and all this lead to bad impact on marriage. Native spouse also suffer from health issues and suffers from career troubles also. Native doesn't get along with in laws or with spouse either. If Rahu is in debilitation, then it can lead to divorce or separation.

9. When Ketu is in 2nd house: Similar to Rahu, Ketu is also a natural malefic and is known to cause health and marital issues. Native doesn't get along with spouse and constant arguments can happen. Native and in laws doesn't see eye to eye and for a women it can bring in laws with cruel nature. You have see above the impact of all planets in marriage when they are sitting in 2nd house. These results will modify based on the rulership of planet in a Horoscope but still results won't vary much.

Similarly 2nd house lord in your Horoscope should be seen, if it is placed in 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th, 10th and the 11th house then significations related to the 2nd house prospers and brings good results in a marriage.

Also, it is must that the 2nd house lord should not be afflicted by natural malefics such as Saturn, Mars, Rahu and Ketu. At the same time affliction via lord of the 6th, 8th and the 12th house should not be present or the 2nd house will suffer and will cause you issues in marriage.

Let's see an example where the good condition of the 2nd house and its lord kept marriage alive for the native.

Despite the 7th house of the native is afflicted and badly placed.

In example horoscope given above, you can see that the 7th house lord Jupiter is debilitated in the 8th house. It caused him issues with his spouse and caused major differences in opinion and frequent fights.  But you can see his 2nd house lord Moon is placed in the 2nd house in own sign of Cancer, and due to the clean 2nd house in his horoscope, he is able to continue his marriage.

The Role of 4th house in a marriage

In Vedic Astrology, the 4th house plays a significant role in shaping various aspects related to family, home, and emotional well-being. 

Let’s explore its influence on marriage:

• The 4th house represents your mother, and it signifies your relationship with her.
• It also reflects the values and traditions you inherit from your family members.
• Your affinity towards your native place is also indicated by this house.
• Known as the “Bandhu Bhava”, the 4th house is associated with domestic happiness.
• It represents your emotional satisfaction, sense of security, and peace of mind.
• A well-placed 4th house contributes to a harmonious family life.
• The 4th house governs property, land, and real estate.
• It includes vehicles, which are essential for family life.
• Materialistic possessions and ancestral wealth are also indicated by this house
• The 4th house influences your spouse’s profession or career.
• It provides insights into the fortune of your in-laws as well.

Remember that any afflictions to the 4th house may impact these areas negatively. Overall, a strong 4th house contributes to a stable and contented family life, which is crucial for a successful marriage.

4th house role in a marriage is quite important, in fact due to its control over family, luxury, mental and domestic peace.

Its role in affecting the quality of life after marriage is significant. Your material desires also comes under this house.

A strong 4th house with benefic planets placed in it indicates a married life free from clashes and prosperity after marriage. Native with good 4th house gains wealth, luxury, nice house and spends a quality married life along with the spouse.

That is what happens when 4th house have natural malefics in it and its lord is afflicted by its placement in 6th, 8th or 12th house under the affliction of natural of functional malefic planets.

1. When 4th house have natural benefic such as Venus, Moon, Jupiter or Mercury in it. If they are in own sign then it is considered as best placement domestic married life. Even the aspect of these planets are desirable for peace harmony and for non hectic married life.

In marriage predictions 8th house is 2nd from the 7th house and denotes income of spouse and also health issues to spouse.

Let’s Explore Its Role In Marriage:

• A well-placed Jupiter in the 8th house, for instance, suggests financial gain from your spouse.

Apart from that 8th house also rules over intimacy. Having a good 8th house results into a happy marriage and brings stability in a marriage. After 7th house, the role of the 8th house is most important in a marriage.

If your spouse is going to agree with you and will be in symphony with ideas of yours depends on the condition of the 8th house and its lord.

1. Benefic planets such as Venus and Mercury promotes good results from the 8th house. It gives good intimacy with spouse, friendly relationship with in laws. It can also bring gains from them in form of inheritance. Benefic influences over the 8th house also gives good health to spouse. Cheerful personality it indicates also.
2. Malefic planets especially Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu destroys the significations of the 8th house and results into fights with spouse, it can lead to bad health also. It destroys the relationship with in laws and causes frequent bad moods to the spouse.

• When planets transit the 12th house, we attract karmic connections.
• Not all relationships are meant to last during this period.
• Moksha, or liberation from the cycle of birth and death, is associated with this house.

In the context of marriage, the 12th house has a very important role because it represents bed pleasures and satisfaction aspect from pleasures.

Also, it is 6th from the 7th house, and planets sitting in this house indicate how your spouse will argue with you. Which also means it controls the extent to which you will have disagreements with your spouse.

If malefics like Saturn, Ketu, Rahu, or Mars are placed in the 12th house then it affects the intimacy between you and your spouse.

It doesn't allow a connection, which is essential to understanding the emotions of spouse deeply. Also, malefic planets in it or affliction over the 12th house can affect the financial status and can bring issues with money, which ultimately affects the quality of marriage.

As you can see above that the native have Mars in the 12th house along with planet Moon who is lord of the 4th house.

Mars indicates the presence of Manglik yoga. The 7th house is well placed in its own sign and has saved his marriage. Their fights tend to become violent in nature, but they always stick together for each other.

How to check for Marriage Problems, Separation or Divorce

Marriage problems can be very hard deal with and affects us emotionally and financially.

Role of 7th house is paramount in it marital issues especially in case of divorce.  

Affliction over 7th house or its lord is must for it. Whereas other houses i.e 2nd, 4th and 8th house plays role in disharmony in marriage and in extreme cases can cause divorce of separation.

Role of planets are also must and planets like Saturn, Mars and Ketu are well known to causes marriage issues.

Let's see the various placements which causes marriage issues or divorce.

1. Placement of 7th lord in 6th house: This placement is well known to cause severe marital crises and in most cases leads to divorce or separation. The same placement leads to legal issues between spouse and the native.

Check the horoscope given below and it belongs to a male and he is fighting for divorce for last 5th years after suffering abuse in marriage for 3 years.

In his Horoscope, the 7th house lord is placed in the 6th house.

2. 7th house lord in 8th house: This placement usually causes delays in marriage but same time leads to a great difference in opinion between native and the spouse. If 6th house lord also influence is also there or malefics like Mars, Saturn, Rahu or Ketu are involved then it can lead to severe marriage problems and affairs by spouse or native.

In the example Horoscope given above the native have 7th lord Venus in the 8th house and is making a union with Mars and debilitated Ketu.

Due to the affliction of Mars and Ketu over 7th house lord Venus. The native have severe marital issues.

3. 7th lord in 12th house: This placement is not as bad as projected by many. But yes, it does lead to issues in marriage due to physical distance and lack of chemistry with spouse. 4. 7th lord in 2nd house: If you count 2nd house from 7th house. You will find that it falls in 8th house. This position indicates health issues to spouse and under the affliction of 6th or 8th house lord can cause loss of the spouse on account of illness. Under the affliction of Mars, Rahu, Ketu or Saturn it can lead to divorce or separation.

5. Placement of Mars in 1st house: This comes under manglik yoga and Mars aspects the house which have role of maintaining a marriage. Its 4th aspect falls over the 4th house of domestic peace. Its 7th house falls over marital life and spouse and 8th aspect Mars over the income, speech and family of spouse. Mars is a functional malefic planet and same time is under the influence other malefic like Rahu, Ketu or Saturn. Then it can cause marriage issues to the native.

6. Placement of Mars in 2nd house: In this house Mars makes native speech and behaviour firey and leads to a dominating nature. This leads to frequent quarrels with spouse and its direct aspect affects the spouses health and natives relationship with in laws.

7. Placement Of Mars in 4th house: 4th house is house of domestic peace and your peace in a marriage. When Mars is placed here without any influence of natural benefics then it makes the environment of house very toxic and native have to bear with humiliations from spouse. 8. Placement Of Mars in 8th house: Mars here can reduce the life span of spouse and can brings verbal abuse to native due to harsh speech of spouse. It also indicates, uncooperative in laws and quite often one of member of spouse family is the reason for the issues.

9. Placement of Ketu in 8th: Ketu is a malefic planet that is separative in nature. In the 8th house Ketu causes issues in marriages on account of misunderstandings with spouses. It also affects the health of the spouse and doesn't allow good intimacy and romance with the partner. This placement also causes disharmony in relationship with in-laws. For a woman, this placement is more hard and doesn't allow the good relationship with family members of the spouse. This placement means Rahu will be in 2nd house and again Rahu in 2nd affects marriage very negatively. In this section, you will learn about the placements and combinations that bring delays in marriage.

Delay in marriage can be very frustrating, and it can bring a setback to the growth of our life, both emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

In Vedic astrology, planet Saturn is the karaka of delays. 

The same aspect is carried by the 8th house also.

In every case of delayed marriage, both Saturn and the 8th house are always involved. Also, we need to see the placement of Moon and the ascendant while checking the delays in marriage.

Association of Saturn with Moon or ascendant leads to delays in marriage, and following examples confirms that.In the horoscope given below, Saturn has aspect over planet Moon, and the native got married at age 30.

Placement of Saturn in 1st, 5th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 12th houses also causes delays in marriage. Similarly, the union of Saturn with the 7th house lord or its aspect over it also gives delays in marriage.

Love Marriage Placements

If native will marry someone of his own choice depends on the planetary association of the 1st, 5th, 7th and 11th house. 

Also, planets such as Moon, Venus, Mars, Mercury, and Rahu associated with the above-mentioned houses promote love marriage.

The first house is of self and what we like and dislike.

When Venus or Mars are placed in it or are placed together in it, then it makes native natives sensuous and passionate, and they give preference to opposite sexes a lot.

In this placement native life revolves around love mostly. If Rahu also has influence over the 1st house, then a native can marry someone out of caste and against family wishes.

The 5th house of horoscope is considered the house of love affairs and in order to convert a relationship into marriage. Its condition should be checked.

The 5th house should not have Ketu, Sun, or Saturn in it. Their placements lead to breakups and unsuccessful love affairs. How Much Manglik Yoga Impact Marriage

No marriage prediction is complete without looking at this aspect. Manglik Yoga is mentioned prominently in our astrology scriptures and its impact does play a major role in the fate of a marriage.

Definition: Manglik yoga is formed by Mars and occurs when Mars is placed in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th or the 12th house. It results in issues in marriage due to ego, aggressive behaviour or spouse or native and bad health or even death of spouse.

It real cases, it is seen that not in all cases manglik yoga affects marriage negatively.

Depending on the functional nature of planet Mars, manglik yoga can even benefit someone.

Similarly, if you see his wife horoscope then you will see that Mars is yogakaraka and is exalted in the 7th house.

Having Yogakaraka in exalted state in 7th house is very auspicious and gives a spouse who is very martian by nature and famous in his work filed.

As evident from the above cases, manglik yoga does not affect the marriage negatively all the time.

Now let's see the example horoscopes where Manglik yoga created issues in the marriage of a native who is a women and due to Mars in 8th house she is facing issues through the younger sibling of her Husband.

So we can clearly see that, influence of manglik yoga in married life can be negative and positive depending on the role and placement of Mars.

Will spouse cheat?

Cheating in a marriage can be predicted, and again a focus should be given to the 7th house and the natural karka of the spouse primarily.

As mentioned before, the 7th house indicates the nature, behaviour, and characteristics of spouse.

By calculating and observing the planetary influences of planets over the 7th house and its lord, we can get a fair idea on this.

NOTE: In order to make a prediction on this, you must also see the horoscope of your spouse and see the condition of Venus, Mercury, Mars, and most importantly, the Moon.

I have mentioned in this article how important the moon is in a marriage. In a horoscope, if Moon is afflicted badly, then the native will have a tendency of doing immoral deeds.

That is why Horoscope matching have its own importance, when done correctly it can easily predict the possibility of cheating in a marriage.

First and foremost, we need to see where the 7th house lord is placed. If native have 7th lord placed in 2nd, 6th, 8th or the 12th house then the possibility of spouse cheating on them becomes higher.

Same time if karaka of spouse, i.e Venus for males and Jupiter for females, is in weak state and is influenced by malefics then the possibility of cheating spouse gets further strengthened.

If 7th house lord looks very strong and well placed in D-1 but in navamsha is weak and under influence of Mars and Venus at the same time.

Then it indicates that the partner may cheat.

In her case the karaka of Husband Jupiter is debilitated in her 12th house. This indicates the bad treatment given to her by the spouse.

Also, weak karaka of spouse indicates loose moral principals, lack of determination in the spouse to control the urges.

Her 7th house lord Sun is also placed there along with Mercury who is lord of the 5th house which shows marriage by own choice.

She have Mars and Venus in the 2nd house and have aspect over the 8th house which is the house of spouse moral value and his family.

The combined aspect of these two causes her spouse to engage in a extra marital affair.

Another example we can see and it belongs to Bill Clinton.

In his horoscope, Venus and Mars are together placed in the 1st house.  It is a strong placement for engaging in activities and affairs after the marriage.

Venus is karaka of sex and is weak due to its debilitation state. Whereas Mars is lord of the 8th house which shows secret affairs.

And their union is an explosive placement, which makes one do bad deeds. Now if you see the horoscope of his wife, Hilary Clinton.

You will see her 7th lord Jupiter in the 6th house, which, as mentioned, is a prime indication of such behaviour from the spouse.
